What I liked: A clean, cosy little room. Shampoo, shower gel and a disposable toothbrush with toothpaste were all provided. There is a shared iron, and you can make tea; tea, sugar and disposable tableware are available in the shared hall. The receptionist was lovely and friendly. No drawbacks — I liked everything!
Comment: A very convenient location, with the metro just a few steps away. Red Square is a 20–30 minute walk, and there are several cafés nearby.

What I liked: Excellent staff! The room had air conditioning, a refrigerator, a toilet, a shower, a hairdryer, a kettle and a television. You can ask to have your clothes washed without any problems. The room was cleaned every day, so we always returned to a clean room after walking around Moscow. Tea and coffee were available free of charge. The hotel is on the sixth floor and the lift works, so everything is convenient. A superb location!

What I liked: The location, right in the city centre, with a metro entrance in the basement of the building. Friendly, helpful staff. A sense of privacy: it is a small hotel with only a handful of rooms. Everything needed for a stay is available, and the price is reasonable. Thank you! I will come again.

First, I would highlight the location: right next to a metro exit in the city centre. We had a great view of Pushkin Square and the Pushkin Theatre.
Second, the service: the room was cleaned and toiletries were replenished; tea, coffee and sugar were readily available.
Third, the attitude: we received a warm welcome and could leave our suitcase before check-in. They even offered to keep it after check-out until our departure. The rooms are small but have everything needed. We enjoyed staying at Apelsin. Thank you very much!

The hotel has a very convenient location in the city centre, with good transport links, shops and other services. Three metro stations are within walking distance, as are a supermarket with prepared food and a 24-hour Magnolia shop offering groceries, household and personal-care products, stationery, books, toys, souvenirs and more.

What I liked: Very close to the metro — literally next door. Clean and cosy.
Comment: We liked everything. It was very clean and comfortable. Slippers, towels and toiletries for washing and showering were provided. Tea, a refrigerator, an ironing board and an iron were always available. The location was also very good; we walked to Red Square. I would recommend it.

There were many options, but this time I chose Apelsin. I have not regretted it. The room and bathroom were clean, and there were no interruptions to the hot water.
The location is excellent: most sights are within walking distance and the metro is just a couple of steps from the hotel entrance. We did not hear street noise, even though the city is lively in summer.
There are plenty of cafés and restaurants for different tastes and budgets. Magnit is about ten minutes away, and Spar is just a few metres from the hotel, so finding something to eat is easy.
Thank you so much for the atmosphere, care and attention!

★★★★★
The hotel is very well located, with the metro, parks, theatres, shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. Tverskaya Street, Red Square, Arbat and other Moscow sights are within walking distance.
The staff are very polite and welcoming, and the service is excellent. Special thanks to the receptionist Yulia for quickly resolving a few issues.
What could be improved: The hotel could do with renovation and a more modern interior. However, the excellent location and price make up for the drawbacks.
