We have accepted:

check in to the room only with an identity document
not cause inconvenience to the administration and residents, do not make noise after 23:00
do not consume alcohol and prohibited substances
smoking in designated areas
leave luggage and hand luggage in the storage rooms
do not damage hotel property
make amends for the damage

Cancellation policy for rooms:

You can cancel your room reservation free of charge up to two days (48 hours) before your arrival at the hotel
When paying on the site, when canceling the reservation, the money is not returned
Please note that in some rooms, cancellations, modifications, or no-shows will result in the total cost of the reservation being charged.
